How the programme works
Cohorts of six, nine, or twelve work through the programme together, following a structured path built on the IMPACT framework - Intention, Mindset, Preparation, Awareness, Content, Take a Risk. Each element addresses something specific in how leaders communicate, and each builds on the last.
Between live sessions, participants have access to the IMPACT Powerhouse app, including the IMPACT AI coach. The learning can be applied in the moments that actually matter. Before a difficult conversation. Ahead of a board presentation. In the hours before something high-stakes.
Live sessions with Jim
- A welcome session to set the foundation and establish the cohort
- A one-to-one individual coaching session tailored to each participant
- A group check-in session to consolidate learning and address what is coming up
- A smaller group coaching session for deeper work
- A face-to-face in-person deep-dive skills practice session to close the programme
